Generally, people connect physical ailments, weariness, and emotional fatigue with old age. That’s a wrong notion. These days, crushing fatigue with the pain and lack of energy is a common problem of youngsters as well. Many professionals, who work long hours, may experience aches and pains, headache, stress, anxiety and digestion-related issues.
Some ancient healing systems may provide some relief. Undoubtedly, pain is a part of life and it’s almost impossible to avoid it. The body works continuously, the mind works continuously and so pain is inevitable, but this discomfort should be momentary only. If it persists for a long time or keeps recurring then steps should be taken.
Further, many people resort to use of painkillers to ease such pain but that only brings in a temporary relief. What they miss to understand here is that such physical conditions are a request for help from the body. It wants to be in sync with the body’s natural rhythm again; wants to return back to nature for some time. It seeks deep relaxation.
And that’s where the ancient healing system of Panchakarma comes in.
Panchakarma (five therapies) is an ancient system of cleansing & rejuvenating the whole body. It focuses on complete elimination of toxins (or doshas) accumulated in the body; toxins that got accumulated over time due to factors including, irregularity in diet, work pressure, worry, tension and stress.
Panchakarma includes Therapeutic emesis (Vamana), Therapeutic purgation (Virechana), Therapeutic enema (Basti Karma), Therapeutic intake (Nasya), and Therapeutic bloodletting (Raktamoskshana).
It is a complete renewal therapy that ‘rejuvenates’ your inner system transforming it into a purified version full of energy & vitality. The therapy offers profound emotional, physical and psychological benefits. It de-stresses the body, eliminates toxins and energizes the physical and astral body.
Your body and mind are connected to one another. If the body is struggling due to any negative situation, it is bound to affect the mind. Panchakarma purifies and relaxes both in an amazing way.
You should try it once.
Understand that worrying over any issue, including health condition, is pointless. With time, it makes you sicker. Evidence suggests that those who worry a lot are actually increasing their risk of developing chronic diseases over time like high BP, thyroid issues, heart problems, diabetes, and depression. Unnecessary worries contract your nerves leading to hormonal imbalances that result in pain.
And therefore, a lot of physical ailments are rooted in the habit of worrying only. Yet, many people say that it’s almost impossible to get rid of this habit.
You may win the whole world but if it happens at the cost of your health then there is no gain at all.
One could have a variety of exotic foods to eat but if they have compromised the ability to digest then also there is no gain at all. You also may be at an esteemed position in your career but if worries are on your mind, then also there is absolutely no gain at all. Moreover, if you cannot laugh and are unable to enjoy life, then also everything that you have is worthless.
This is the reality that a majority of the people are facing these days. Everyone must use techniques like Panchakarma to stay healthy mentally and physically, purify and empower their Pancha Kosha. They must not lose the prospects of the future because of their current health problems.
And so, instead of focussing on worries, one must focus on solutions. They must try to adopt good habits and live a worriless life.
For that start with acceptance. Let the bygones be bygones. Now don’t waste your time thinking about the occurrences in the past. Thrust all your power, capability, and vision in rectifying the ‘Now’. It will surely bring peace to your mind while removing unnecessary worries.
Know that all your problems have a solution. All your diseases can be cured. Almost all reasons of suffering may end. Invest 10% of your energy towards problems and 90% towards solutions.
Remove negative thoughts from your mind first and inscribe in your heart: “I am here in this world for staying ‘hale and hearty’ and win in all circumstances. So, I have to live well and win in all situations. This world is a beautiful place and my life is God’s gift. No matter how bad the situation is, I have to live with positivity, enthusiasm, and vigour. God has created everything perfect and so I am also perfect. I just have to realize my powers and for that I will start taking action from today and I will win and achieve a good health.”
Repeat such affirmations in your mind all the time. This is possible with Healing Meditation.
The sacred Chaitra Navratri are almost here. So, as you sit before Goddess Durga in devotion, ask for power, vitality and energy. She will bestow upon you all that you ask of Her but to invite Her grace, be ready to take the right action. You have to awaken your inner power and Panchakarma is one of the ways to resurface your hidden power, vitality, and energy.
So, stop suffering from physical pain, weariness, or emotional fatigue. Try traditional healing systems, including Panchakarma and meditation. Their impact is long lasting. Just believe that you can win over your physical ailments and thus start taking actions to remove them. You will return to the state of inner balance for sure.
