“I Am a Brave Soul; I Am Indomitable and Therefore I Will Win”

Uncertainty is all around humanity, never more so than these times. The ongoing COVID-19 situation has heightened uncertainty over the relationships, livelihoods, faith, and of course, mental and physical health. Where is the solution? How to stay strong in uncertain times? Can meditation help? If yes, then how and even before that what is meditation?

Any uncalled-for uncertainty can trigger a feeling of fear, disquiet, and dread. But unfortunately, this is also true that no matter how much time you spend worrying, you can’t predict the future.
That’s where meditation comes in. Practicing meditation helps man reconnect to the present moment and accept the adversities wholeheartedly so that they can be tackled. Meditation is all about realizing that nothing can bring me down, neither any disease, nor impoverishment nor any calamity or tragedy.
This meditation must be an integral part of everyday life. Calmness in mind is meditation, reaching the state of thoughtlessness is meditation, absolute removal of anxiety and inner ruction is meditation. Therefore, practice meditation, be fearless, and acquire the ability to sit in the holy feet of the Supreme God with gratitude.
