God dispels Ignorance and Darkness

God descends into this world when it is under the spell of extreme darkness of ignorance, unrighteousness, moral turpitude, spiritual lassitude and religious decrepitude. This is described in scriptures as “Dharma Glani”. The divine intervention takes place at the darkest hour of human history when the human soul is groping in the darkness of ignorance about the self, the creator and the creation; when the souls are blinded by the vices of lust, arrogance, anger, greed and attachment.

It is in this time that God descends in the body of an ordinary man to reveal the ‘Godly Knowledge’, which paves way to victory over vices and cultivate divine qualities in life. This enables human beings to transform into divine beings again.

Brahman is the eternal, unchanging, infinite and transcendent reality which is the Divine Ground of all matter, energy, time, space, being and everything beyond in this Universe.
The word “Brahman” is derived from the verb [brh] [Sanskrit: to grow], and connotes greatness and infinity.

People understand God in their own way and often in their own imagination. Some believe that God is present everywhere, and there is no place in the world where He is not present. Though we cannot
have a clear look of God with our eyes, yet there is a strong belief that God sees us and we see Him everywhere and every time, mentally, if not physically. But nobody denies the existence of God.

God is omnipresent

It is a different matter if anyone cannot see Him. God is not a person external to you. He is within you, around you and everywhere. He is infinite divine Consciousness and Presence. He is omnipotent, absolute Knowledge, absolute Delight, absolute Light and Peace.

Man is like a drop and God is the ocean.

If, in self-conceit, the drop isolates itself from the ocean, if in its egoism it seeks to remain apart and separate from the ocean, it will perpetually live under the threat of being dried up. But, the moment the drop merges into the ocean; it instantly acquires the infinite strength and proportions of the ocean. It acquires all the properties of the ocean, all the vastness and grandeur of the ocean.

When the circumstances of life require of us that we should seek from Lord a gift of health, or freedom from suffering for a person who is suffering excruciatingly, or for establishing harmony or peace in
relationships with others, all such asking is legitimate and will be answered by Lord. God hears the call of human beings and responds to them. He dispels all ignorance and darkness that may take one astray. All one needs to do is realize the omnipotence and omnipresence of God.
