The Human body is the very first flower to eternity. Be vigilant about your good health and take good care of it. As this body is the unique means to accomplish anything. Just as you always check if there was enough fuel in the vehicle before starting a journey, you should check your body, which is like a vehicle, as to how well- maintained it is? How strong the different parts and the body are? Are you filling it up with the right fuel to ensure an efficient journey to reach the ultimate destination? If the vehicle runs short of fuel in the middle of the journey it can be painful. You will experience lot of inconveniences and it may be hard to find a friend at that time.

Therefore, fix up this vehicle named ‘The Human body’. Keep it safe. Be on the guard to act as the situations arise: situations of stress, disease, heartache etc. Sleep on time and wake up on time. Regulate your life with exercise and meditation along the journey. Establish some rules for living your life. Work on a healthy body and manage your weight properly so that the body continues to cooperate with you. If you want to live well, follow the principles of healthy balanced eating and keep diseases at bay. With good health the world is yours. But the day your body starts falling apart, even the next of kin will take a step back. They will eye you like a burden on them too. You can be careless in making money, make lesser money but do not become careless in taking care of your health, because there is no one who is going to take care of you. This body is one that will always be with you.

The second flower is in not being careless towards your children. They are your real wealth so make every effort to give them good values. Give wealth, assets and conveniences for sure but they should also be protected from bad traits. This is the biggest challenge you face. Inspire your children with love, compassion, and compliments At the
same time use discipline at the very first instance of misbehavior. Children are like tender flowers and need proper nurturing by parents. So present to them with good character and as ideal role models. Children walking on the good path are a blessing for the family and the society as they are the future of every society.

The third flower is the company we keep. Avoid sitting in the company of bad people at any cost. It is better to pass time alone. Companionship is such a mirror that displays good or bad clearly. The company with good people takes you to eternity whereas bad company sinks your boat in the middle of the ocean. That is why it is
said that a good company provides peace and happiness whereas bad company provides nothing else but pain. Good company is like a ship that carries you across the rough waters.

The fourth flower is wealth. Working towards gaining wealth is progressive but the greed of earning wealth and going crazy about it, is considered evil. Wealth is essential in life, a need to live but it is not everything. Earn wealth fairly and not by stepping over others’ rights. Dedicate a portion of your wealth to noble causes and use it to alleviate the pain of the underprivileged. The thing to remember is that you should be the master of wealth and not its slave. Earn wealth and humility too.

The fifth flower is something without whose indication not even a leaf moves. The beginning and ultimate destination of life is made possible by his Grace alone. God, The Creator of this majestic creation resides within every living being and one must recognize this eternal truth. He is the true master of the human body. He is in every breath. God is the Universal Energy that is omnipresent, omniscient and omnipotent. Pray incessantly to the Almighty for His Supreme Grace and express gratitude towards him. May God Bless all with the understanding and wisdom to walk this path of life in a righteous and positive way. May every person understand the importance of building relationships, keep good company, nurture virtuous qualities in children, be healthy, wealthy and compassionate towards all.
