A child never remembers how many times he has fallen or got hurt, he gets up and starts playing again but adults keep permanent accounts of who all have hurt them. They do not want to erase any bitterness, and keep churning the undesirable thoughts and incidents. Anything that we think of the most the universe gives us that in abundance. Thus, by thinking about the painful past we are only attracting more negative events in our life.
If more and more time is spent on reflecting what good has happened in our life, how we have progressed to where we are today then we will keep climbing the ladder of success higher and higher. Everyone wants to become something and achieve something, so do not deplete your energy by thinking about thoughts of failure and hurt. Whichever level you are at now, even if it is the lowest you have ever been, gather all your energy to get up and start working towards progress. Don’t sit and feel sorry for yourself as only you alone can help yourself. No one will come and do your work. Yes someone might help you at a certain point but you cannot depend on help all the time.
In order to get inspired to get up again it is very important to constantly check your thoughts. Make it a habit to pause and check on the thoughts crossing your mind at any given time. Among all the thoughts that go through in our minds! 80% are wasteful and negative thoughts of fear, anxiety, doubt, anger, jealousy and only 20% are positive thoughts. Thoughts that will take you on the path of success are positive thoughts such as I will soon rise by working hard! I have the strength and knowledge, I have my Guru’s blessings, I have the blessings of my parents and ancestors.
Use positive affirmations to help steer your thoughts in the positive direction. Affirm to yourself every day as if you have already achieved your SMART goals. Imagine that your plans have been successful and that you have reached your realms. Create a realistic blueprint in your mind that shows your journey from point A to point B. Once your thoughts are firm, start working on your blueprint and move forward. These are inspiring thoughts that will never let you down and they will not allow any negativity to stay in your mind..
If you can increase the percentage of such thoughts gradually by keeping a constant check to 60% then automatically your thoughts attract success and positivity in your life. Keep practicing this behavior till it becomes your habit and your nature. If you practice anything regularly for 21 days it will become a habit, but if you fail one day in between then restart your 21 days. With effort, determination and positive attitude you can achieve anything.
